This program helps people to transform their life by unlocking and tapping into their own power to achieve self mastery. I use an array of holistic tools to support your personal needs by tailor making a package that is bespoke to you. Whether your main focus is to heal, become more organised, or you’re simply ready to take the journey to self mastery. The duration of the program is 4 months, meeting twice weekly for 1.5h. With each module you will conquer self discovery, self acceptance, self love and finally self mastery. The program comes with a workbook that you can work through and keep to look back on.
