Sigils

A sigil is a symbol with a mystical or magical meaning. The term sigil derives from the Latin sigillum, meaning "seal" and it is the root of many other English words such as “signature,” “sign,” and “signal.”

Sigils are more powerful than writing your intentions down as it forces your subconscious mind to read it rather than your logical mind.

There are 3 types of sigil:

Temporary: For short term intentions. Usually written on your skin, carved into a candle.

Permanent: Are made to last - for a long term desire. Can be written on a bank card, or carved into pottery. Need to be recharged periodically.

Destructible: Need to be destructed in order to be activated. i.e. on paper and burned, carved into food and eaten.

Charge your sigil by speaking your intentions over it or chanting your original affirmation.

There are sigils you can use that already exist but it’s best to make your own with your own intentions.
