Every so often I have a Goddess Day and I truly think it's something I need to do more often and definitely something I think more women can benefit from.
A Goddess Day is when I allow myself to embody my divine, goddess energy and all that it means to me.
Essentially, the Goddess Day is a glorified self care day, but it sounds so much more luxurious doesn't it?
A Goddess Day can't happen in an evening after work.. who was the last Goddess that you heard of that had to clock out of work?! Being a Goddess is a job in itself!
So make sure you have a free day where you aren't expected to be anywhere, or do anything that doesn't directly serve you!
Eat delicious and nutritious foods, I like to binge on fruit. And plan out your day in advance to make sure you have everything you need!
Have a goddess bath, then get dressed in your favourite outfit (the more extra, the better), do your hair/ make up and add jewellery and perfume or anything else that makes you feel beautiful.
Spend your day however you like, I usually do some, meditating, journaling, give myself a tarot reading, read books, listen to music, connect with my inner child/high self, play my singing bowls and creative activities.
Full moons are a great time to have a Goddess Day as the Full Moon is a great time to basque in self care.
