I usually do bubble blowing release rituals with my children on the Full or Last Quarter Moon.
All you need is some bubble mixture and your intention.

Simply, head outside under the light of the moon and as you dip your bubble wand think about what you want to release energetically from your life, and as you blow envision whatever you're releasing exiting your life and fill the bubble.
Watching it as it grows, extracting your worries, fears, bad habits or memories from your life.
Watch the bubble as it floats off and drifts through the air and further and further away from you until it finally disappears out of sight. Or you can pop the bubble yourself, empowering you further to destroy the energy that was captured in your bubble.
This activity is suitable for adults and children of all ages & if you don't have any bubble mixture to hand, you can follow the same process in a meditative state.

Self judgement
Mean words said my children at school
The emotions caused from sibling fights
Feelings of injustice from not having things their way.
